Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Figmantor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

Figmantor is operated by Devala, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service includes our Figma plugin and the website at figmantor.com.

2. Description of Service

Figmantor is an AI-powered Figma plugin that analyzes selected Figma design frames and converts them into Elementor-compatible JSON output. The generated JSON is intended to assist designers in building WordPress Elementor pages — it is AI-generated output and may require manual review and adjustment.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Figmantor.
• You must have a valid Figma account to authenticate with our plugin.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits is prohibited.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Plans

Figmantor offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Each plan includes a defined monthly conversion limit that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused conversions do not roll over.

4.2 Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in the plugin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your plan features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

4.4 Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service and have used fewer than 5 conversions. To request a refund, contact us at teamowlpixel@gmail.com. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

4.5 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your account will be placed in a past-due state and conversion access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Stripe will retry the charge automatically. If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be canceled and your account downgraded to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent conversion limits
• Automate or bot-generate API requests in excess of your plan limits
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of your Figma designs. By using Figmantor, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your design data solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not claim any rights to your designs or the generated output.

6.2 Our Service

Figmantor, its codebase, branding, UI, and all related intellectual property are owned by Devala, LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

7. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

The Elementor JSON generated by Figmantor is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, layout errors, or incomplete representations of the original design. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated output before use in production. We do not guarantee pixel-perfect accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figmantor and Devala, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Devala, LLC's place of business. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
